If you're here, you're probably navigating one of the most vulnerable and exhausting seasons of your life. Whether breastfeeding is painful, your baby won't latch, or you're simply not sure if you're doing it right, you deserve support from someone who truly understands what you're going through.
I've been where you are.
My passion for lactation care didn't begin in a classroom; it began with my own experience. After facing breastfeeding challenges with my first son, I exclusively pumped for months, navigating the same uncertainty and exhaustion that so many families face. That experience shaped everything about the way I practice today — with patience, without judgment, and with a deep understanding of how hard this can be.
Expertise that goes beyond the latch.
I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and health equity practitioner dedicated to helping families feel confident, supported, and cared for at every stage of their breastfeeding journey.
With over 15 years of experience as a public health consultant and more than 5 years specializing in lactation, including work with the Arizona Breastfeeding Center and the Arizona WIC Program, I understand that what happens in a consult is only part of the story. The systems, support, and access surrounding your family matter just as much.
I hold a Master of Public Health degree, a Certificate in Community Nutrition, and am a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES).
